3 years of highly-concentrated-problem-based-learning-3-hour-tutorial was indeed a good training for a 4-hour meeting.
But it will bring a little bit sickness, like stomachache, if the meeting ends after midnight and you'd had hours of fasting-and-prayer.
Wow... I'm feeling like close to heaven now.
